A Look Into The Mind Of A Donkey’s Ass-Mister Jason-666 King

Greetings!

I would like to welcome everyone to the Gate-Walker’s Journal. If this is your first time here, you may want to take the time to review many of our older articles in order to gain some insight into the Gate-Walking Culture.

Just when it seemed like all was going well and things were simmering down on the Necronomicon home front, another adversary of the Necronomicon tradition has arisen. Mister Jason 666 King.

For those of you who are unfamiliar with Mister Jason 666 King, he is the author of the book, Postmodern Satanism, which can be purchased at the following link:

The book is a very well-written and useful work for those who are adherents or interested in Modern Satanic thought. Mister King has a very unique vision of what  direction Satanism should take, and I would advise many to make his writings a part of your personal library.

Although Jason King has been able to bring about some innovative concepts to Modern Satanic thought in writing his closed=minded opinion of differing spiritual traditions have placed him on the backburner when it comes to the Necronomicon Tradition, which he shows a lot of his own individual issues and hypocrisy in critique of the great Necronomicon Tradition. It seems that  it was Jason King who was responsible for making the rude comments on both Dan Harms and Warlock Asylum’s blog pages. The initial arguments can be read in its entirety here:

Since Jason King kept leaving comments that were clearly disrespectful and were attacks more on character than the subjects at hand, coupled with a surge of profanity, he was blocked from posting comments on this blog page.  Although Venger Satanis is playing “Mister Diplomatic” throughout all of this and acted as if he did not know who was posting these comments, we have reason to believe that Venger did know since he gives Jason King quite a bit of applause in this CoC Interview that could be seen at this link: http://www.cultofcthulhu.net/2010/06/jason-king/

Jason King, being the Hanna-Barbera, would-be-occultist that he is, decides to make a YouTube video calling out Warlock Asylum. Before viewing the video that appears below, let us first point out some of Mister Jason King’s hypocritical statements.

1 In the beginning of the video Jason King brings up the point that Peter Levenda is Simon of Simon Necronomicon fame, then he says that if ‘Warlock Asylum doesn’t know this then he is an idiot.’ Meanwhile, I have made connection between Simon and Levenda appear on the blog page quite often. Here is one example:

Afterwards Mister Jason King begins to draw these unfounded conclusions that Simon wrote the Necronomicon as a hoax or for the money. How many times must we here such stupidity. How much does the Simon Necronomicon sell in the stores for today? $7.99. Let just say that the Simon Necronomicon has sold about 1 million copies. We would then have a sum of 8 million dollars, right? But we also have to think that Avon Books must be getting at least 60 percent off of each sale, which would leave Simon and the others with about $2.00 dollars profit on each book, if that. Now that money has to be divided between Simon and a few others involved. So if the book sold a million copies these guys would have about 2 million dollars to split, but this money must have accumulated over 30 years. Plus the price of $7.99 is modern, the book sold for a little less thirty years ago. It’s so funny how all these so-called occult leaders will try to say that it  was a hoax done for money, but with the exception of the Satanic Bible, every occult book that these so-called occultists require their flocks to by is priced much higher than the Simon Necronomicon. If Mister Jason King did his homework about Peter Levenda during the time that the Simon Necronomicon was being released he would’ve noticed some of the remarks even made by enemies of Simon, one of these being Alan Cabal who wrote:

“Into this bubbling swamp of spiritual fecundity stepped Peter Levenda, aka “Simon.” Charming, soft-spoken and aloof, well-versed in all aspects of occult theory and practice,… He began teaching classes in the back room, and showed a genuine knack for clarifying and elucidating such baroque encrypted arcana as John Dee’s Enochian magick system in such a way as to make it understandable even to a novice….. “Simon” was also Levenda’s creation. He cultivated an elusive, secretive persona, giving him a fantastic and blatantly implausible line of bullshit to cover the book’s origins. He had no telephone. He always wore business suits, in stark contrast to the flamboyant Renaissance fair, proto-goth costuming that dominated the scene. He never got high in public….. In short, he knew the signifiers and emblems of authority, and played them to the hilt. He hinted broadly of dealings with intelligence agencies and secret societies operating at global levels of social influence.”

This is how Alan Cabal describes Levenda prior to the release of the Simon Necronomicon. He wasn’t into the whole hoax thing. He even admits later down the line that he wasn’t familiar with Lovecraft, Herman Slater injected that into a grimoire that Simon took great care in putting together. In the book Dead Names and Gates of the Necronomicon, Simon compares the Enochian Magical system and the problems  a practitioner may find himself in while using it for some time, and in this comparison Simon/Levenda calls the Simon Necronomicon the “perfect tool.” He didn’t come back and change anything in the Simon Necronomicon. It stands today the way it always has. However, Mister Jason King asserts in his shabby YouTube video that after Simon made a little bit of money he tries to clean up the system that he invented.’  Wonder how he would do that, since there hasn’t been any changed versions of the Simon Necronomicon since its release?

Jason King then claims that Simon ‘fu==8d up” by trying to insert some of Lovecraft’s characters into authentic Sumerian and Ancient Mesopotamian texts.’ This shows us how well Jason King doesn’t get it! In the introduction of the Simon Necronomicon, we read this:

“WE CAN profitably compare the essence of most of Lovecraft’s short stories with the basic themes of Crowley’s unique system of ceremonial Magick. While the latter was a sophisticated psychological structure, intended to bring the initiate into contact with his higher Self, via a process of individuation that is active and dynamic (being brought about by the “patient” himself) as opposed to the passive depth analysis of the Jungian adepts, Lovecraft’s Cthulhu Mythos was meant for entertainment. Scholars, of course, are able to find higher, ulterior motives in Lovecraft’s writings, as can be done with any manifestation of Art.”

Simon states in the Introduction of the Simon Necronomicon that “Lovecraft’s Cthulhu Mythos was meant for entertainment. Scholars, of course, are able to find higher, ulterior motives in Lovecraft’s writings, as can be done with any manifestation of Art.” See what Mister Jason King fails to realize is that the Gate-Walking Community is not about looking for some book that Lovecraft wrote about in his fiction. In my experience, many Gate-Walkers are not even familiar with Lovecraft when they begin working with Simon’s tome. It was like that for me too.. Let me give you one piece of advice Jason King, since you are a Satanists, somewhat and that is don’t fall for the okidok. Critics of the Simon Necronomicon always start of their argument talking about it is not the book that Lovecraft mentioned, like what individual ever said it was, even in the Simon Necronomicon’s Introduction it does say that the Cthulhu Mythos was meant for entertainment.. But there were some individuals who needed to paint this scenario to sell their works. You have never seen anywhere online anything about some claiming that the Simon Necronomicon is the book that Lovecraft was talking about. However, this doesn’t mean that the Simon Necronomicon is not a valid system of initiation. It’s like everyone who talks about the Simon Necronomicon are all puppies of Dan Harms  since every critique of the book comes from the Necronomicon Files, but who was the only one who didn’t take what Harms and Gonce said on face value and debated with them? Wasn’t that Warlock Asylum? But the I thought the work of a person on the LHP was to see the validity of a teaching pro or con before they make verbal endorsements of some research that someone else did. Just think about it Mister Jason King. What appears in the Simon Necronomicon is not a basterdized take on Lovecraft’s works but it true correspondence in the world of ancient mythology. Simon  explored the Cthulhu Mythos only after being introduced to it by Slater and he found some similar paradigms in Lovecraft’s works and Mesopotamia. So he filled in the gaps. He advanced the Necronomicon Current beyond the fictional stories of Lovecraft and identified what it really is. I have posted some of these on my blog page:

Next Mister Jason King makes another error while taking a screenshot of one of my pages and saying that the Simon Necronomicon is not a qliphotic system. That’s very funny. In the Simon Necronomicon’s Introduction we find these words:

“The method of the NECRONOMICON concerns deep, primeval forces that seem to pre-exist the normal archetypal images of the tarot trumps and the Golden Dawn telesmatic figures. These are forces that developed outside the Judeo-Christian mainstream, and were worshipped and summoned long before the creation of the Qabala as we know it today. Hence, the ineffectiveness of the Golden Dawn banishing procedures against them. They are not necessarily demonic or qliphotic in the sense that these terms are commonly understood in the West, they just simply represent power sources largely untapped and thus far ignored by twentieth-century, mainstream consciousness.” 

Ere in the above quote Simon is pointing out that the forces summoned in the tome are deep and primal and pre-date the Qabala as we know it today Now if you know a little about Kabalistic history, then you know that before the birth of the modern kabalistic tree was the Qliphoth, which some say were too weak to hold the emanations from god and so the new set of spheres were created to replace the weak ones. Simon here clearly states that the forces in the Simon Necronomicon predate modern Kabalistic correspondences thereby making it qliphotic. He then relates that these forces “are not demonic or qliphotic in the sense that these terms are commonly understood if the West.”  The west has made the terms qliphoth and demonic appear to be evil, but these terms wasn’t always understood as such and this is what I reflect in my post:

Mister Jason King then finds the need to talk about a post I wrote and throughout all his rebuttals to my articles he never supplies his readers with any scholarly evidence to back up his claims. The article Jason King pointed out was quick in defining some points that I wanted to make since the information was repeated in posts prior to the one that he talks about on his screenshot, where I am comparing the Biblical seven days of creation to the qliphotic tree, and since King has acted anxiously,  as he fails to supply his readers with real answers as to what I was talking about. After each creative day, it is said that there was an “evening” first, and a “morning” after.  The reason why I pointed this out is that how is it that there was an evening and morning before the creation of the Sun and Moon? This is something that you can ask every Christian. There is no Sun or Moon created, but on earth there is an evening and a morning. Therefore, it must be symbolic. The Mayan Calendar speaks of the present world’s creation being heralded as the birth of Venus. These are things on can easily look up, but it’s connectedness comes with initiation. In the ancient accounts of the Descent Of Inanna into the Netherworld, which Ishtar’s Descent is derived from, Inanna is said to give up a “me” or creative power at each gate. In her creative aspect, Inanna/Ishtar was known as the ‘evening star.” In her warlike disposition she was known as the “morning star.”Despite all of this Mister Jason king cannot see the connection, nor does he understand how I can compare the account of her descent with the Biblical creation account that is written in the first chapter of Genesis. The idea is to show that he “Ancient Ones” are not some distant cosmic force or race, but exist amongst the peoples of the Earth. The gate-Walking Community asserts that we are the Ancient Ones, and our return to the Earth is symbolic of our shift in consciousness. My point is bringing the Biblical creation epic into the article is to show that the Fall of Man happened on the same time that god rested was due to the fact that they were one in the same being. This is even suggested in the Simon Necronomicon’s Introduction. Notice how it describes Crowley as an Ancient One:

“He changed his name to Aleister Crowley while still at Cambridge, and by that name , plus “666”, he would never be long out of print, or out of newspapers. For he believed himself to be the incarnation of a god, an Ancient One, the vehicle of a New Age of Man’s history, the Aeon of Horus, displacing the old Age of Osiris.”

Mister Jason King’s critique of my page really gets funny when he tries to analyze my Top 20 list of Grimoires and Occult Works, which can be found here:

Mister Jason King seems to forget that this is a list, not only of grimoires, but primarily, occult works. So much of what appears in my Top 20 are not grimoires, but works useful in understanding the Necronomicon Tradition. The Vampire Bible is mentioned. Coincidently, The Temple of the vampire has a healthy relationship with the CoS. Mister Jason King is probably not aware of this. Now let us take a look at his stupid video.


I am sure that Mister Jason King will probably walk away like a coward, but I would like to challenge him to a debate on whatever radio program he is affiliated with, and then another debate in a public space with 20 leaders in the so-called LHP occult world who have debunked they Simon Necronomicon on their websites and etc. this includes leaders of Cos, the Temple of Set Dan Clore , and even if some Venger Satanis wants to get involved in this history making debate he is more than welcome to do so. Sometimes events like this are needed when you are going to announce the legitimacy of a system publicly. the outcome for Jason King and all others like him is identical to the YouTube excerpt that appears below:


Boy, the world has changed quite a bit when a so-called Modern Satanist cannot respect the rites or spiritual paths of others. I guess at times stupid is beyond words.
