Brooklyn Geisha: The True Story About Amaya Taoka
Greetings! It has been quite some time since I have written a post for the blog page. I would like to thank Nightcaller and Optimysic for holding it down in my absence. Over the past few weeks I had the rare opportunity of interacting with a Jinn woman. it was an amazing experience to say the least. I was so inspired by the experience that I decided to dedicate a work about not only my personal experience with her, but her life and involvement in the Necronomicon Tradition, as well as, her work as a humanitarian and mentor.
It was quite an experience and very intense to say the least. It was interesting to learn of her interactions with the late Kenneth Grant. The history of Amaya Taoka is not discussed openly, but I did find a few references about her in Dead Names by Simon, on page 306:
“He claims that the Necronomicon is protected by an egregore, which is funny, considering that the translation of that Greek word is “watcher.” Who knows? He may be right.”
The “watcher” that he is referring to is Amaya Taoka of Jinn descent. The book also reveals her erotic side and fills in some of thegaps that was not covered by Simon in Dead Names. Her life is like an erotic thriller. There is some very valuable information that Initiates of the tradition will enjoy.
Brooklyn Geisha is more than that, it’s the story of a woman’s discovery, her resolve to be who she is. Her fears, her magic, even her own the understanding of the world around her. This is an excellent work for everyone, especially those who are not part of Tradition. Brooklyn Geisha emphasizes the balance in all aspects of life.
