"..seek carelessly to open that Gate to the Outside, for thou can never know the Seasons of Times of the Ancient Ones, even though thou can tell their Seasons upon the Earth by the rules I have already instructed thee to compute; for their Times and Seasons Outside run uneven and strange to our minds, for are they not the Computors of All Time? Did they not set Time in its Place? It were not enough that the Elder Gods (have mercy on Thy servant!) set the Wanderers to mark their spaces, for such spaces as existed were the work of the Ancient Ones. "

“Our work is therefore historically authentic; the rediscovery of the Sumerian Tradition”. – Aleister Crowley

We are happy to announce that in the month of March 2012 The Table of Lenki, the Necronomicon Tradition’s Sacred Calendar, will be available for the first time in print. This is the calendar of the Jinn! The calendar will come with a commentary on how it works and the meaning of the date’s aspects. The Necronomicon Calendar, or more properly, The Table of Lenki has the following attributes:

Days: The days in the Necronomicon Calendar are ruled by the stars, more distant than our planet. Each day is relative to one of the 50 Names of Marduk, but falls under a different elemental quality of a five-day time frame.

Weeks: The Necronomicon Calendar has five days in a week. The five days are listed as follows, Ninhursag (earth), Enki (water), Enlil (air) , Anu (fire), and Tiamat (void).

Months: Each month corresponds to a one of the seven initiatory gates. It should also be noted that there are approximately 10 weeks in a month. The image depicted below is that of the  Jinn calendar, revealed for the first time:

Table of Lenki: The Calendar of The Necronomicon Tradition; timetable of the Jinn. It should be noted that the image depicted above is just a partial view of the month of DinGir Nanna. A full month in the Necronomicon Calendar consists of at least 52 days.

Along with the calendar is a commentary describing the day’s manifestation. For example, February 9th, 2012 we find Shazu in Tiamat, which would show a heavy occurrence of telepathic messages from the realm of Tiamat. Interestingly, on this same date Venus entered Aries. The wisdom put forth here is to take focus on the inner alchemy between our emotional/sexual self in moments of spontaneity.

The Necronomicon Calendar comes with a very insightful commentary, which discusses each aspect and component of this timetable. Some have liken the system to the living I Ching of time. We will keep you updated. Enjoy your day!
