Dear Brothers and Sisters,
As of late I have become, against my better judgement, involved in interaction with others of like mind through the means of Facebook, and truth be told I really do not care much for it at all for various reasons that the reader needs not be concerned with. My involvement in this hellish medium, however, brought an important matter to light. The matter I am speaking off was not unknown to us, but seeing it happen outside of the Tradition’s structure, and with such apparent lack of care for safety, came as quite of a bit of a shock to me to be honest. I am talking, of course, about a foolish practice known as dabbling. To some people this practice may seem like the only manner to experiment with the knowledge given in the Necronomicon. This may be caused by various reasons which need not be explained here, as they are of little importance to this writing, but what must be made clear is the fact that dabbling is extremely hazardous in matters regarding the Book of the Black Earth. I fully well understand why an individual would be dabbling in these matters, as it is their lack of understanding and insight that drives them to perform these experiments. And even though the initiates and adepts are also engaged in experimenting with the material, they do so in a vastly different manner than the curious dabbler goes about his business. Imagine the Work to be, for example, the building of a nuclear device. It would be an extremely hazardous task, just as working with our System is. Now imagine both the serious practitioner, and the curious dabbler, to be attempting the construction of such a dangerous device, and it becomes perfectly clear why dabbling is so dangerous. For it is the dedicated practitioner that would be identifying the use and purpose of each and every part necessary to construct the device, thus greatly decreasing the chances of anything going awry during assembly. The curious dabbler, on the other hand, makes very little effort to analyse and examine each part individually before attempting assembly. He just fits some random parts together and keeps his fingers crossed that it will not explode upon construction.
Remember well that acting careless by ignoring the warnings, being foolishly convinced that such threats must surely be exaggerated and nothing bad will happen to you, is like descending into KUR before your time, and then expecting for a safe return, realizing too little too late that it is called the Land of No Return for good reason. In other words, do not experiment with matters of which you have no knowledge whatsoever, but first take the time to become familiar with the meaning and purposes of the given material. Once such knowledge is aquired, then one can be looking into modifying the material with a certain degree of safety.
Some of the regular readers might be asking themselves right now what this is all about, thinking to themselves what the Hell Dumu is rambling about this time, as the matters discussed here are common knowledge even amongst those that are not yet initiated. Therefore this writing is not concerned with you, our Family, but should serve as a warning to some of the “practitioners” I recently met. It would be unbecoming of me to write about, or explain in detail, the personal issues of any individual other than myself, and for that reason this post will make little sense to most, except for the fact that it also contains a unique incantation, or exorcism if you will, that I constructed for a specific purpose, and for a specific individual. But what is mine is also yours, and therefore I offer this piece of unique knowledge not only to my client, but to my beloved Brothers and Sisters as well. I appropriately named the incantation: “EN DINGIR-EN-KI-GA-GE”, which means: “Incantation of the Word of ENKI.” I constructed this exorcism to aid a recently acquired friend of mine to get rid of an evil spirit that, according to my client, was unaffected by the exorcisms and banishings provided to us by Simon. It is for this reason that I offered my services, free of charge of course, to come up with a means more suitable to the task at hand. That I may prevail where Simon’s work apparently faltered.
ZI DINGIR KIA KANPA!
ZI DINGIR ANNA KANPA!
Here follows the Babylonian version of the incantation EN DINGIR-EN-KI-GA-GE:
GA-E MULU-TU-TU GA-SURRU-MAH DINGIR-EN-KI-GE
EN-GAL DINGIR-EN-KI-GE MU-UN-SI-IN-GIN-NA
TU-AZAG-GA-A-NI TU-MU GAL-LA-NA
KA-AZAG-GA-A-NI KA-MU GAL-LA-NA
UH AZAG-GA-A-NI UH-MU GAL-LA-NA
MU AZAG-GA-A-NI MU-MU GAL-LA-NA
LIL-LA EN-NA KI-EL-LIL-LA EN-NA
SU BA-RA-AN-GE-GE-E-NE I DINGIR-EN-KI-GA-GE
TU-DUG-GA I EN-GAL DINGIR-EN-KI-GA-GE
E-NE-NE-NE HUL-A-MEŠ HE-IM-MA-AN-SIR-RI-EŠ-A-AN
GAR-HUL-GIM-MA SU MULU-GISGAL-LU PAP-HAL-LA-GE A-NA GI-EŠ
ZI AN-NA KAN-PA
ZI KI-A KAN-PA
Here follows the English translation of the incantation:
I am the sorcerer-priest of ENKI,
The great lord ENKI hath sent me,
He hath added his pure spell to mine,
He hath added his pure voice to mine,
He hath added his pure spittle to mine,
He hath added his pure prayer to mine.
Whether thou art an evil Spirit, or an evil Demon,
Or an evil Ghost, or an evil Devil,
Or an evil God, or an evil Fiend,
Or Phantom of Night, or Wraith of Night,
Or Hag-demon, or Robber Sprite,
Or Ghoul, or Handmaiden of the Phantom,
Or sorcery, or terror,
Or pain, or sickness,
Or death, or any evil,
Whatever thou be, get thee hence, by the Word of ENKI!
By the magic of the Word of the great Lord ENKI,
That pacifieth all by his incantation,
These evil ones will be put to flight.
May all evil be removed from the body of the wanderer!
By Heaven be thou exorcised!
By Earth be thou exorcised!
I strongly suggest the presence of the Water of ENKI, with some spittle added to it, when performing this incantation. Use the water to purify the place of haunting, or the afflicted individual, by sprinkling it around the room, or on the body of the possessed person.
DUMU ABZU-A MAŠMAŠU.
