Greetings! I would like to welcome everyone to Papers in the Attic blog page. If this is your first time here, please feel free to review some of our previous posts and share some of your insights and experiences.

Well, I had a great vacation and got a chance to visit some of the world’s prominent power-spots. I will be posting my experiences shortly. However, I wanted to take a second to answer a comment that was posted recently concerning the Yi Jing Apocrypha of Genghis Khan. My apologies for not answering sooner. I was away on vacation. Here is what Amadi posted:

“I’ve never heard of the Sixty Four Letters of Genghis Khan [?].

I am wondering what this has to do with Necronomicon Mysteries? (This is what it says in the title of the page).

Whenever I do a google search on “Ninzuwu”, I am returned only with:”Sanzuwu”, a three legged crow in Chinese mythology. In Shinto, it is known as Yatagarasu, and this being appears as a three legged crow in Kojiki.

Yi Jing is credited to Fu Xi and copies have been found in tombs located in what we now know as China.

The Mawangdui Silk Texts has been found in Changsha, Hunan.

Black Dragon Society has absolutely *nothing* to do with the Necronomicon.

When I do a google search on some of the gods, such as Johuta, I am thinking that perhaps this is really Jakuta or another name for the Yoruba god, Shango?

There is nothing wrong with questioning, I just want to know where exactly are you getting this information from? It looks to me on the outside you are putting out grimoires just for the sake of putting them out.

The Urilia Language becomes Asaru Language, which in turn becomes the Vasuh language. The history behind this book changes and none of it is actually solid. Now you are saying that the Art of Ninzuwu is a form of Yi Jing sorcery?”

I thought it would be good to examine some of the points posed by Amadi. However, it should be noted that our forum page is the place to discuss such things in detail, and due to such, comments to this post will remain closed.

“I’ve never heard of the Sixty Four Letters of Genghis Khan [?]. I am wondering what this has to do with Necronomicon Mysteries? (This is what it says in the title of the page).”

Of course, the Sixty-Four Letters of Genghis Khan is not known publicly. It’s an esoteric treatise for Yi Jing sorcery, and while the use of this term may appear to be “new” upon the said book’s release, however, several members, along with myself, have been using such. When the Ivory Tablets of the Crow was released publicly, there was also a private module course that wasn’t, and isn’t, discussed in public or for public review.

In my personal opinion, it has nothing to do with the “Necronomicon Mysteries” as how they are presented publicly at this time, but there is a connection. I find it interesting that many of the discoveries among those who have walked the Gates are taken quite skeptically. Meanwhile, a religion and language is being constructed presently by some in the academic field that has no foundation and its basis was partly used by the Nazi Party in its justification of racism and etc. Today, reference books and etyomological resources are crediting theProto-Indo-European language and religion, as the source of civilization. In some ways, the Proto-Indo-European theory is even crouching in on Sumerian history, which in turn affects the Necronomicon Mysteries, But, why aren’t practitioners of the “Necronomicon Mysteries” addressing letters to such academic institutions in rebuttal to such? I am not questioning the sincerity of your questions Amadi, but pose such to illustrate a movement that many aren’t aware of. Btw, it’s good hearing from both you and Alric and I hope all is well in your studies. Hopefully, all practitioners of the Necronomicon Tradition and come together on the basis of the information that is about to be presented.

Many practitioners of magic are not aware of the one of the goals of the initiate of such “mysteries.” This means the preservation of the work and culture at hand. What is not known is that this “struggle” has been going on since the First World War. Peter Levenda gave nice presentation concerning such in a recent YouTube video entitled “Secret Space Program.” http://youtu.be/Cj2qrl6Q2rk In the video, Levenda talks about how “thousands” of Nazi scientists were brought over to the United States after WWII. Since this time we have seen our education system change, evolution is being taught in schools, and now reference books are listing the “Proto-Indo-European” language as a source of words and religion.  For those who are able to observe what is going on behind the veil, will agree that these things are the result of a hidden agenda.

My reason for mentioning this has a lot to do with a hidden agenda by a group of occultists, who are trying to preserve the Proto-Afro-Asiatic culture that existed in times of remote antiquity. This is examined more thoroughly in the Yi Jing Apocrypha of Genghis Khan. It is also discussed in the works of Kenneth Grant. In other words, the Cults of the Shadow, as described by Grant in the said work, broke off from one central esoteric society. In Cults of the Shadow, Grant describes such the remnant of such a legacy in the infamous Cult of Ku. According to Kenneth Grant, the occult artist Austin Osman Spare claimed to have witnessed a ‘cult of ku‘ ceremony during the 1920s in South London. Interestingly, the said magicians mentioned in the introduction of the Ivory Tablets of the Crow, when researched, reveal also a struggle to maintain what is left of the Proto-Afro-Asiatic paradigm. In Cults of the Shadow it states:

“Sorcery and witchcraft are the degenerate offspring of occult traditions coeval with those described in the second chapter. The popular conception of witchcraft, shaped by the anti-Christian manifestations that occurred in the Middle Ages is so distorted and so inadequate that to try and interpret the symbols of its mysteries, perverted and debased as they are, without reference to the vastly ancient systems from which they derive is like mistaking the tip of an iceberg for its total mass.

It has been suggested by some authorities that the original witches sprang from a race of Mongol origin of which the Lapps are the sole surviving remnants. This may or may not be so, but these ‘mongols’ were not human. They were degenerate survivals of a pre-human phase of our planet’s history generally- though mistakenly- classified as Atlantean. The characteristic that distinguished them from the others of their kind was the ability to project consciousness into animal forms, and the power they possessed of reifying thought-forms. The bestiaries of all the races of the earth are littered with the results of their sorceries.”

Further evidence of this Proto-Afro-Asiatic culture is presented in Kenneth Grant’s Hecate Fountain:

“In the ancient cult of the ku there are unmistakable signs of intercourse occurring in remote parts of China and Central Asia between extraterrestrials and Adepts of the Vajrayana, or Cult of the Thunder-dragon. That Crowley had magical affinities with such a Cult is evidenced by his curious relationship with Lam, the mysterious Lama of Leng…”

If you do not know what the “Lama of Leng” is, then you will not understand why the term “ghouls” appear in the Simon Necronomicon. Regardless of such we see that even Kenneth Grant points to an ancient Asiatic cult whose influence he believed was the guiding force behind Crowley’s work. So in answer to your question, no the Art of Ninzuwu is not connected to the Necronomicon Mysteries on the surface, but when you understand the Art, you can see the connections.

Amadi: “Whenever I do a google search on “Ninzuwu”, I am returned only with:”Sanzuwu”, a three legged crow in Chinese mythology. In Shinto, it is known as Yatagarasu, and this being appears as a three legged crow in Kojiki.”

Similar to many of the terms appearing in the Simon Necronomicon, many of the terms in the Art of Ninzuwu are phrases. The meaning of the term, or phrase, “Ninzuwu” has a lot to do with ancestor worship. But the answer, in regards to such, can be found when the term is broken down into three parts.

Amadi: “Yi Jing is credited to Fu Xi and copies have been found in tombs located in what we now know as China. The Mawangdui Silk Texts has been found in Changsha, Hunan.”

I agree. In the Art of Ninzuwu the Yi Jing is also accredited to Fu Xi. However, Fu Xi claimed to receive the bagua, proper, from a divine source. What this divine may be is thoroughly examined in the Yi Jing Apocrypha. No one is denying Fu Xi’s legacy in regard to the Yi Jing.

Amadi: “Black Dragon Society has absolutely nothing* to do with the Necronomicon.”

I have access to a lot of Black Dragon Society’s information and we are registering such as a legal entity. Aside from its political aspirations, it was heavily involved in the occult. We will continue the occult agenda of this Society while working in the framework of the law.

Amadi: “When I do a google search on some of the gods, such as Johuta, I am thinking that perhaps this is really Jakuta or another name for the Yoruba god, Shango?”

The answer to your question was covered in the August 9th 2013 article, entitled New Historical Evidence That Supports The Ivory Tablets of the Crow Forces Scholars To Take A Second look at the History of Sumeria New Historical Evidence That Supports The Ivory Tablets of the Crow:

“The term Johuta is composed of two Sanskrit terms, huta, meaning invocation and the prefixJo, derives from the Sankrit Jai, or Jah, meaning victory, but also refers to, Iao. Madame Blavatsky wrote the following under the topic, The Christian Scheme;

“Iao is certainly a title of the Supreme Being, and belongs partially to the Ineffable Name; but it neither originated with nor was it the sole property of the Jews… In an old religion of the Chaldeans, whose remains are to be found amongst the Neo-platonists, the highest divinity enthroned above the seven heavens, representing the Spiritual Light-Principle (nous)(1) and also conceived as Demiurgus,(2) was called Iao, who was, like the Hebrew Yâho, mysterious and unmentionable, and whose name was communicated to the initiated. The Phœnicians had a Supreme God whose name was trilateral and secret, and he was Iao.”… In Sanskrit we have Jah and Jaya, or Jaa and Ja-ga, and this throws light on the origin of the famous festival of the car of Jaganath, commonly called Jaggarnâth. Javhe means “he who is,” and Dr. Spiegal traces even the Persian name of God, “Ahura,” to the root ah, which in Sanskrit is pronounced as, to breathe, and asu, became, therefore, in time, synonymous with “Spirit.” Rawlinson strongly supports the opinion of an Aryan or Vedic influence on the early Babylonian mythology. ….IAO, in such a case, would — etymologically considered — mean the “Breath of Life,” generated or springing forth between an upright male and an egg-shaped female principle of nature; for, in Sanskrit, as means “to be,” “to live or exist”; and originally it meant “to breathe.” “From it,” says Max Müller, “in its original sense of breathing, the Hindus formed ‘asu,’ breath, and ‘asura,’ the name of God, whether it meant the breathing one or the giver of breath.” “

Based on the information sited above, Johuta means, invocation of Iao, or invocation of the spirit of life

Amadi: There is nothing wrong with questioning, I just want to know where exactly are you getting this information from? It looks to me on the outside you are putting out grimoires just for the sake of putting them out.

Actually, in the true sense of the term “grimoire,” the Art of Ninzuwu, composed of the Ivory Tablets of the Crow and the Yi Jing Apocrypha, is the only “grimoire” that was released on my end. The Atlantean Necronomicon is a group of essays and a hint at understanding the Urilia text. The Dark Knight of Nyarlathotep is a social commentary. Brooklyn Geisha is listed as a biography. The Oracle of Enheduanna is a magical text, but more spiritual hint, somewhat religious.

This information I am getting from what my first mentor gave me, who was truly a man of fire. I’ve had his notes and some things that are not in print for quite some time, over ten years to be exact. However, the understanding of such could not be gathered if I didn’t practice certain things first. I am sure you can understand this as your mentors, may have shared some useful tools in helping you shape your perspective. Yet, I still wondered why aren’t others asked these same question? For example, Kenneth Grant was originally initiated into Thelema. Later, he developed the Typhonian Order, which was not a “pure” form of Thelemic practice. He also developed his own system of gematria, which was very controversial to such. Yet, I can use him as a reference, and due to such the statement is unquestioned. The same goes for Crowley.

Crowley was initially a member of the Golden Dawn. Later, after receiving the Book of the Law, he developed Thelema. Simon writes the following:

“Crowley’s Magick was a testimony of what he has found in his researches into the forbidden, and forgotten, lore of past civilisations and ancient times. His Book of the Law was written in Cairo in the Spring of 1904, when he believed himself to be in contact with a praeter-human intelligence called Aiwass who dictated to him the Three Chapters that make up the Book. It had influenced him more than any other, and the remainder of his life was spent trying to understand it fully, and to make its message known to the world. It, too, contains the formulae necessary to summon the invisible into visibility, and the secrets of transformations are hidden within its pages, but this is Crowley’s own NECRONOMICON, received in the Middle East in the shadow of the Great Pyramid of Gizeh, and therein is writ not only the beauty, but the Beast that yet awaits mankind.”

I believe that every magician should be given the same opportunity as Crowley and Grant to pursue their place in the dream.

Amadi: The Urilia Language becomes Asaru Language, which in turn becomes the Vasuh language. The history behind this book changes and none of it is actually solid. Now you are saying that the Art of Ninzuwu is a form of Yi Jing sorcery?”

Yes, the Art of Ninzuwu is a form of Yi Jing sorcery. Actually, a lot of passages in the Ivory Tablets of the Crow refer to the Yi Jing. This is also covered in the Yi Jing Apocrypha of Genghis Khan. Interestingly, the terms Urilia, Asaru, and Vasuh are related in meaning.

When the Ivory Tablets of the Crow was first published, the Yi Jing Apocrypha was being prepared for publishing and the system explored. Really, the Ivory tablets of the Crow and the Yi Jing Apocrypha are one and the same book, but made into two for reasons of study.

Thank you for your questions Amadi. This will conclude my answer to such. For those interested in the Art of Ninzuwu, you can email me or contact us at the Art of Ninzuwu blog page.
