Ancient Mesopotamians knew what modern science is just discovering today.

The possibilities of life extension are becoming more clear based on academic science’s research into the human anatomy.  According to a report published in The Guardian of July 2017, scientists may have found a mechanism within our brains that can either accelerate or negate the aging process:

“The US team identified the mechanism in the hypothalamus, which sits deep inside the brain, and showed they could tweak it to shorten or lengthen the lives of animals.

In a series of experiments, the researchers found they could extend the lives of mice by a fifth, without the animals suffering from muscle weakness, bone loss, or memory problems common in old age.

The work raises the tantalising prospect of drugs that slow down natural aging to prolong life in humans, but more crucially to prevent age-related diseases, such as diabetes, heart disease, and Alzheimer’s.”

Ancient Mesopotamians knew what modern science is just discovering today.

While this is great news for the scientific world, it only confirms what occultists knew in years prior about the hypothalamus gland. Published in 2010, under the chapter, The Mountains of Masshu and the Pituitary Gland, The Atlantean Necronomicon states:

“This description of the Pituitary Gland compares to what Gilgamesh saw as he approached Mt. Mashu (translated by Herbert Mason); “When he arrived at the mountains of Mashu, whose peaks reached the shores of Heaven and whose roots descend to hell..,” Here the ‘peaks of Mashu’ are described as reaching the ’shores of Heaven.’ This would correspond to the Pituitary Gland’s placement near the Hypothalamus Gland. The work of endocrinologist Roger Guillemin during the 1960’s proved that the Hypothalamus Gland sends chemical messages to the Lobes of the Pituitary Gland, causing it to secrete certain hormones that are the cause of adolescent growth and also gonadotropic hormones involving the ovaries and testes. It is noted that when Gilgamesh arrived at Mt. Mashu, he was questioned by the Scorpion man and his wife. The Scorpion people are described in some translations of the Gilgamesh Epics, as having an awesome knowledge. The Scorpion man and his wife would, therefore, relate to the gonadotropic hormones FSH and LH.”

Initiates of the Necronomicon Tradition were able to ascertain the use of the hypothalamus gland long before modern science, as elements of its role exist in the Gilgamesh Epics.

  1. It just goes to show, in my opinion, that the old ways are so NOT always bad.
