In a city where men take pride in wearing dresses and women think that the idea of a mother killing her own fetus is progressive, emerges Alvin Leonard Bragg Jr., the first New York County District Attorney to take pride in protecting criminals instead of citizens. As the first African American to hold the position of New York County District Attorney, Bragg wasted no time toting his niggardly ways by turning the Big Apple into a breeding ground for the mentally-ill, sexually obscure, and all other forms of depravity.
Bragg raised a lot of eyebrows as it seems like his whole premise as DA has been to rewrite laws and policies instead of enforcing the laws that are in place. Acting from such a position has placed Bragg in a situation where his authority seems to supersede that of Mayor Eric Adams. When Bragg took office in January 2022, ne laid down the following guidelines for prosecutors to reduce charges filed by cops in various cases:
- Armed robbers who use guns or other deadly weapons to stick up stores and other businesses will be prosecuted only for petty larceny, a misdemeanor, provided no victims were seriously injured and there’s no “genuine risk of physical harm” to anyone. Armed robbery, a class B felony, would typically be punishable by a maximum of 25 years in prison, while petty larceny subjects offenders to up to 364 days in jail and a $1,000 fine.
- Convicted criminals caught with weapons other than guns will have those felony charges downgraded to misdemeanors unless they’re also charged with more serious offenses. Criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, a class D felony, is punishable by up to 7 years behind bars.
- Burglars who steal from residential storage areas, parts of homes that aren’t “accessible to a living area” and businesses located in mixed-use buildings will be prosecuted for a low-level class D felony that only covers break-ins instead of for more serious crimes. Those more serious crimes, class B and class C felonies, would be punishable by up to 25 and up to 15 years in prison respectively.
- Drug dealers believed to be “acting as a low-level agent of a seller” will be prosecuted only for misdemeanor possession. Also, suspected dealers will only be prosecuted on felony charges if they’re also accused of more serious crimes or are actually caught in the act of selling drugs. That felony would mean facing up to seven years behind bars.
It’s unfortunate that Alvin Bragg can’t fit his brain inside his ass. How a politician even propose such foolishness has much to do with Bragg’s own racist ideologies of trying to defend black criminals while the victims of other races suffer. However, Mr. Bragg had to adjust some of his policies a few weeks later after taking office, not because he woke up, but due to public outrage.
Alvin Bragg cares nothing about the native New Yorker who works hard for a living. His whole term is based on trying to change the color scheme of the prison population without trying to reduce crime. As an asshole of the first order, Bragg is clearly a pro-criminal racist. He is a bi-polar prick and should be bitched-slapped out of office! Where is Will Smith at when you need him? I’m done!
