Adult entertainer Kenzie Taylor is truly an ambitious woman whose drive and focus are certainly inspiring. Warlock Asylum: Before we begin, I would like to thank you for taking the time to answer a few questions and share a glimpse of your reality and wisdom with us. However, for some of our readers who may not be familiar with your work, please introduce yourself. Who is Kenzie Taylor?
Kenzie Taylor: Well I am an adult film actress. I have worked in the adult film industry for 4 years now. I have been in a variety of films, I have been nominated for many awards and I have won a few as well, thus far. I have been in several magazines as well as gracing a few magazine covers.
Warlock Asylum: How did you get from a small town in Michigan to become one of the premiere adult entertainers in the world?
Kenzie Taylor: After graduating college, I was working in healthcare and I was completely miserable. I felt like I was living the life of someone else. Putting on an act to make others happy and just burying myself internally tuning out my dreams and aspirations. I’ve always wanted to work in film whether it was in front of the camera or behind the camera. I moved to the west coast without knowing anyone here. It was very hard my first year and a half in the adult film industry, but it was worth it looking at where I am at today in retrospect.
Warlock Asylum: What are some of the things that you enjoy about being a porn star?
Kenzie Taylor: There are so many things…I can’t list them all because it would be a very long answer. To keep it short I’ll share one, I really enjoy getting the freedom. I’m a lot more sexually open and at ease with my sexual desires.
Warlock Asylum: What are some of the challenges that you had to overcome in order to make a career in the adult industry possible?
Kenzie Taylor; There is a lot of stigmas attached to being a woman who embraces her sexuality regardless of whether or not she is in the adult film industry. I was aware that there may be consequences of entering the adult film industry. Also, I really thought about the consequences of not living an honest happy life and indulging in your passions.
Warlock Asylum: Is it really true that you consider yourself to be 100% bisexual? If so, can you expand on how your sexual preference has shaped your worldview?
Kenzie Taylor: YES! I am 100% bi-sexual. I have known that since the age of 14. My sexual preference has shaped my worldview by being able to embrace it. I’ve always been extremely open-minded but being in the sex industry has really opened up my eyes to many different things. It is truly amazing. I also love the LBGTQ community.
Warlock Asylum: What are some of the hobbies you enjoy when you are not at work?
Kenzie Taylor: Working out, going to the beach, I like to read, listen to music, some other things I can’t think of at this time nothing crazy really. I live a very peaceful life.
Warlock Asylum: How did you get involved with Muay Thai? What is your opinion of the Ong Bak films?
Kenzie Taylor: I had a friend in college who told me about it. I always did kickboxing but wanted to try something new. Ong Bak films are incredible. There are so many different techniques used in the movie from the actors. A lot of them actually do their own stunts as well.
Warlock Asylum: Have you ever dated a fan, or could you see yourself doing so in the future?
Kenzie Taylor: No, I haven’t. As far as the future I try to stay present in my daily life. I’m beyond happy with how my life is today.
