PS 90 Principal Greta Hawkins: America’s New face of Nazism

Greetings! I would like to welcome everyone to Blue Steel Magazine, your home for the latest news in the world of art, music, politics, and religion. If this is your first time here, please feel free to review some of our recent articles, and express your opinion by submitting a comment or two. Stay Blessed!

During the past week our readers have witnessed a spew of outrage over a decision made by PS 90 Principal Grete Hawkins. The Los Angeles Times, made the following observation:

“PS 90 principal Greta Hawkins said she decided to eliminate the song from the event because  she  felt that some of the lyrics were “inappropriate for 5-year-olds,” citing a line in the 1984 country hit, which took on new life after Sept. 11, that says, “If tomorrow all the things were gone/I’d worked for all my life/And I had to start again/with just my children and my wife.” She’s also been quoted as saying that she felt the song might offend people of other cultures.”

Interestingly, other sources reveal that Greta Hawkins, while holding a position of leadership in the New York educational system, has a history of offending parents and students alike. The New York Daily News made this report:

“Hawkins has angered parents and teachers with a series of unpopular policies and for making racially insensitive remarks herself at a staff meeting in 2010…In January, she generated negative press again, with a highly unpopular bathroom policy that awarded students extra credit for not using the toilet.”

Due to the outrage over Hawkins’ recent decision to ban the song “God Bless America” from a kindergarten graduation ceremony, she has received, unfortunately, a lot of hate mail.  What was even more surprising is that City schools Chancellor Dennis Walcott is in full support of Hawkins’ decision.

It should be noted that City schools Chancellor Dennis Walcott is also a believer in the Jehovah’s Witness religion. Recently, SILive.com reported in March of this year that Chancellor Walcott has been trying to get words such as “birthday” and “halloween” banned from the public school system. The article describes Chancellor Walcott’s opinion as the following:

“Chancellor Dennis Walcott says he’s being sensitive to the diversity represented in the city. Jehovah’s Witnesses don’t celebrate birthdays, for example. “Halloween” has its roots in a pagan ritual, which could cause discomfort to some test-takers.”

Here we see evidence that the New York City educational system is now being shaped and molded after principles that belong to the Jehovah’s Witness religion. Since these Jehovah Witnesses are making decisions that affect the lives of our children and our educational system. I thought it might be good to investigate some of the hidden agenda of this group and their subversive tactics.

1. Principal Greta Hawkins and Chancellor Dennis Walcott are not concerned with “offending other cultures, as she reports.”

Many people are not aware that Jehovah witnesses have a Totalist Ideology and are used as foot soldiers to promote this agenda among other Americans.  The only culture that Principal Hawkins is looking not to offend is her own Jehovah Witness religion. How could Principal Hawkins be concerned about offending “other cultures” when the monthly magazine of Jehovah Witnesses has a history of racism, which has been offensive to many Americans? For example, we find the monthly magazine of the Jehovah’s Witnesses, called the Watchtower, had this to say in an issue dated February 15th, 1904:

The above words are the least of the Watchtower’s organization’s woes, as written by its founder Charles Taze Russell. In an online article entitled, A Brief History of Racism In Watchtower Publications, we find the following:

“A telling insight into Russell’s attitudes towards race came in another Watchtower article in 1902. That article, entitled “The Negro Not A Beast,” attempted to banish the extremely offensive idea being promulgated in a book of the period that black men and women were somehow on a par with animals. Despite its tacit opposition to this outrageous concept, the Watchtower’s riposte was tainted by more than a hint of racist ideology.”

2. Principal Greta Hawkins Does Not Want To Offend Other Cultures But is Committed to a Religion That Supports Nazism.

Many of our readership may be familiar with the horrors of human life that occurred in Nazi Germany. Unfortunately, many people who identified themselves as Jehovah’s Witnesses and Jews faced some of the most notorious crimes and levels of torture in human history. You would think that during this time, leaders of the Jehovah’s Witness religion would be making efforts to accommodate those of their faith after undergoing such horrible conditions, but this was not case. During the mid-1930’s, President of the Watchtower and Bible Tract Society, J. F. Rutherford wrote the following letter to Adolph Hitler, showing his empathy for the Nazi party and the ideals, which were the very same ideals that caused the holacaust:

“Dear Reichskanzler,
The Brooklyn headquarter of the Watchtower Society is pro German in an exemplary way and has been so for many years. For that reason, in 1918, the president of the Society and seven members of the board of directors were sentenced to 80 years in prison, because the president refused to use two of the magazines published in America under his direction for war propaganda against Germany. These two magazines, “The Watchtower” and “Bible Student” were the only magazines in America which refused to engage in anti-German propaganda and for that reason were prohibited and suppressed in America during the war.

In the very same manner, in course of the recent months the board of directors of our Society not only refused to engage in propaganda against Germany, but has even taken a position against it. The enclosed declaration underlines this fact and emphasizes that the people leading in such propaganda (Jewish businessmen and Catholics) also are the most rigorous persecutors of the work of our Society and its board of directors. This and other statements of the declaration are meant to repudiate the slanderous accusation, that Bible Researchers are supported by the Jews.

The conference of five thousand delegates also noted – as is expressed in the declaration – that the Bible Researchers of Germany are fighting for the very same high ethical goals and ideals which also the national government of the German Reich proclaimed respecting the relationship of humans to God, namely: honesty of the created being towards its creator.

The conference came to the conclusion that there are no contradictions when it comes to the relationship between the Bible Researchers of Germany to the national government of the German Reich. To the contrary, referring to the purely religious and unpolitical goals and efforts of the Bible Researchers, it can be said that these are in full agreement with the identical goals of the national government of the German Reich.

We are looking forward to your kind approval, which we hope to receive soon, and want to assure our highest respect to you, honorable Mr. Reichskanzler.

Yours faithfully,
Watch Tower Bible and Tract Society Magdeburg”

More about Jehovah’s Witnesses and their connection to Nazi Germany can be found at the following website, http://www.jwfacts.com/watchtower/hitler-nazi.php What is interesting about all of this is that the Jehovah’s Witness religion has never made a public statement of apology about its prejudiced views that are cited prior. Instead, after making an investigation by talking to some of its members, they are primarily of the opinion that the ‘light of understanding, when it comes to Biblical truths, gets brighter and brighter.’ Yet we find this to be hypocritical to the prophets and messengers of Biblical times. Any “prophet” who was inspired by the creator, often times did not understand what they were inspired to write, but this did not deter the accuracy of what they wrote. For example, the writer of the Biblical book of Revelation did not understand the symbolic language of what he wrote, but later generations can still bear witness to the accuracy of the biblical book of Revelation in terms of transformation and etc. Saying that issues and statements of prejudice can be justified because “God’s light” of understanding takes a while to understand, is absolutely hypocritical, especially when the United States Constitution, which was written long before the Jehovah’s Witness religion seems to imply that ‘all men were created equal.” Why did the Jehovah’s Witness organization take so long to come to this level of understanding?

Does the Jehovah’s Witness organization feel any regret about its pro-Nazi statements and prejudice towards Blacks. The February 8th, 1982 issue of the Awake, a magazine published by the Jehovah’s Witness organization that is sold alongside the Watchtower, mentions the following:

“Have the churches of Christendom always treated ‘everyone on the same basis’? Consider how the Catholic and Lutheran Churches supported Hitler’s scheme to produce a ‘master race.’ And for centuries the Catholic Church taught that Negroes were a cursed race. John F. Maxwell states in his book Slavery and the Catholic Church that this view ‘apparently survived until 1873 when Pope Pius IX attached an indulgence to a prayer for the ‘wretched Ethiopians in Central Africa that almighty God may at length remove the curse of Cham [Ham] from their hearts.’ (Italics ours) And even to this day some church organizations openly practice racial discrimination.” (Awake! February 8th 1982, pp. 14-15)

Here it is that while the Jehovah’s Witness group was in error in times past, it refuses to acknowledge these mistakes while throwing the blame on other religions, egotistical indeed!

So it is clear that both Principal Greta Hawkins and Chancellor Dennis Walcott are not concerned with offending other people’s cultures by banning the song “God Bless America,” but have been duped in supporting a religion that uses totalist ideology upon its adherents while promoting its Nazi agenda. Now the whole school system has too suffer because the Jehovah’s Witnesses are imposing their beliefs on our educational system! The majority of parents and students wanted to sing “God Bless America” but since that may be in conflict to the Nazi beliefs of both Principal Greta Hawkins and Chancellor Dennis Walcott, the school has to suffer. In a Wikipedia article entitled Nazism http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nazism we find this definition of the term:

“Nazism claimed that the so-called Aryan master race was superior to all other races and that the Aryans were essential to human development.”

This has been the premise of the Jehovah’s Witness religion. While membership of the Jehovah’s Witness faith may be diverse today, its hierarchy is predominately white, and the few people of color that may have some responsibility on the higher levels of the organization’s front were appointed in such positions during recent times. It seems like the ‘teachings of the Jehovah’s Witnesses progress with the times and not by heavenly inspiration.

I am not an adherent of the Christian faith and on some levels I can understand why Jehovah’s Witness may choose not to salute the flag or what have you. Jesus is quoted as saying that ‘his kingdom was no part of this world.” That being the case, both Principal Greta Hawkins and Chancellor Dennis Walcott, have no right to promote their religious views in a secular world, especially when it affects other people.

Some may wonder how the Jehovah’s Witness agenda may still promote this Nazi agenda today? They say that a picture is worth a thousand words. Jehovah’s Witnesses use such images to promote their Nazi agenda. Jehovah’s Witness children are usually given a book known as My Book of Bible Stories. Ironically, this book has no people of color depicted in any positions of theocratic authority, none. All the Biblical characters depicted in this book are white, even the Egyptians and Chaldeans, something which is against the grain of actual history.

“Before the Chaldean rule in Mesopotamia, there were the empires of the Sumerians, Akkadians, Babylonians and Assyrians. The earliest civilization of Mesopotamia was that of the Sumerians. They are designated in the Assyrio-Babylonian inscriptions as the black-heads or black-faced people, and they are shown on the monuments as beardless and with shaven heads. This easily distinguishes them from the Semitic Babylonians, who are shown with beards and long hair. From the myths and traditions of the Babylonians we learn that their culture came originally from the south. Sir Henry Rawlinson concluded from this and other evidence that the first civilized inhabitants of Sumer and Akkad were immigrants from the African Ethiopia. John D. Baldwin, the American Orientalist, on the other hand, claims that since ancient Arabia was also known as Ethiopia, they could have just as well come from that country. These theories are rejected by Dr. II. R. Hall, of the Dept. Of Egyptian & Assyrian Antiquities of the British Museum, who contends that Mesopotamia was civilized by a migration from India? “The ethnic type of the Sumerians, so strongly marked in their statues and reliefs,” says Dr. Hall, “was as different from those of the races which surrounded them as was their language from those of the Semites, Aryans, or others; they were decidedly Indian in type. The face-type of the average Indian of today is no doubt much the same as that of his Dravidian race ancestors thousands of years ago. … And it is to this Dravidian ethnic type of India that the ancient Sumerian bears most resemblance, so far as we can judge from his monuments. … And it is by no means improbable that the Sumerians were an Indian race which passed, certainly by land, perhaps also by sea, through Persia to the valley of the Two Rivers. It was in the Indian home (perhaps the Indus valley) that we suppose for them that their culture developed. … On the way they left the seeds of their culture in Elam. … There is little doubt that India must have been one of the earliest centers of human civilization, and it seems natural to suppose that the strange un-Semitic, un-Aryan people who came from the East to civilize the West were of Indian origin, especially when we see with our own eyes how very Indian the Sumerians were in type.” (The Ancient History of the Near East, pp. 173–174, London, 1916.)”

Despite the actual history of the people living in the Middle East during Biblical times, Jehovah’s Witnesses still are insistent on displaying an all white theocracy, which will eventually come to rule the whole earth. Jehovah’s Witnesses call it the New World Order. These are Nazi ideas and this picture, which depicts God’s Coming Kingdom in the minds of Jehovah’s Witnesses is an all-white theocracy called the New World Order.

In Jehovah’s Witness children books, like My Book of Bible Stories, reveal their desire for an earth-wide “white” theocracy.

Both Principal Greta Hawkins and Chancellor Dennis Walcott’s decision to ban the song “God Bless America” was not done in an effort to prevent offending “other people’s’ cultures, but their own. What is so unfortunate about all of this, is that while Greta Hawkins sees herself as a servant of Jehovah, her religion demands that she knocks on people’s’ doors with a doomsday message. So in order for the Jehovah’s Witness religion to be correct, the world as we know it has to be destroyed. Isn’t that idea a little bit too morbid to teach to a 5-year-old? Greta Hawkins doesn’t think so.

Schools Chancellor Dennis Walcott is more than willing, ready, and able to promote the Nazi ideologies of the Jehovah’s Witnesses throughout the school system. He is also the man who wanted to ban terms like “birthday” from school vocabulary.

In an online article entitled Greta Hawkins Day, we find the following:

“Prior to September 2009, PS 90 Edna Cohen School in Brooklyn was highly rated by the state. According to parents it was a good place to send your children, as it had an efficient principal, a caring staff, a good library, a state-of-the-art computer lab, and the opportunity for instruction in instrumental music as it was designated a “performing arts” school; and, according to the teachers, it was a great place to work, a place where the students were put first and they felt they were both supported and nurtured by the administration in their efforts to give the children a first-class education. That was then, this is now, and nothing is the same — the school is on the edge of failure by state standards, the library is closed (the books sold off at 25-cents each), the computer lab is closed, thousands of dollars in grant funds are unaccounted for, the music program is ended, the teachers claim the work environment is toxic, and there is the constant threat of racism and repression in the air. The difference, parents and teachers claim, is the appointment of Greta Hawkins as principal….From the beginning, it has been a rough ride, and at a staff meeting shortly after she took the helm, Hawkins announced that things were going to change around the school, whether they liked it or not, because she was “a black Jehovah’s Witness, not a white Jew,” like her predecessor. That racist comment earned her a warning from the school district and mandatory sensitivity training, which, as one teacher wrote, “does not seem to have done her any good.” (via America Conservative 2 Conservative)”

Since membership in the Jehovah’s Witness organization is very diverse, we can probably at best assume that practitioners of this faith are not aware of the group’s Nazi agenda, but are indeed foot soldiers of an experiment that was able to disguise itself as a credible religion. It is a force that is used by certain secret societies to condition the minds of the population. Some of this can be seen by the group’s symbolism. The Jehovah’s Witness monthly magazines are called the Watchtower and the Awake. This is occult terminology. it would be one thing if the magazine was just sold singly as the Watchtower, but coupled with The Awake, it emphasizes a certain theme. Here is what a Wikipedia article under the title Watchtower has to say:

A Watchtower is a spirit guardian of one of the four cardinal points in both ceremonial magic and the neopagan religion of Wicca. Alternately, the Watchtowers are the abodes of the guardians. Often believed to represent the four elements, the Watchtowers are invoked during ritual to cast the magic circle. They may be pictured in the imagination or represented with tablets or other physical symbols….In the Enochian system of magic, brought to public attention by Dr. John Dee and Edward Kelly in the 16th century, we find the inclusion of Watchtowers as complex evocational designs. Some people believe that the Watchtowers have their origin in the Enochian magic system revealed to the Elizabethan magician John Dee and his scryer Edward Kelley, which was later developed into a working system of magic by S.L. MacGregor Mathers.”

Some might say that the name of the Jehovah’s Witness’s magazine being connected with an occult “watchtower” is probably nothing more than pure coincidence. However, we find that the founder of this magazine, Charles Taze Russell, said the following in a discourse entitled the Temple of God in 1913:

Now the story is beginning to unfold. Here we can see that certain subversive groups have created a public “innocent” religion, which propagates mind control tactics in the name of God. Instead of using the obvious tools, these cunning leaders have decided to bait low-income families and minorities to do their foot work. While some may think that the JW’s association with Nazism is quite questionable, notice what is mentioned in an online article entitled Jehovah’s Friend Dvd Announced. This article describes a new video geared at JW children that will be released in the summer of 2012:

“During a 2012 District Assembly in Oregon USA, the speaker announcing the new release  repeatedly emphasized that this DVD’s videos are not about entertaining Jehovah’s Witnesses’ children, but rather to “inculcate them.” -Deut. 6:6,7.”

Later the article provides a definition of the term inculcate, which is defined as follows:

in·cul·cate   [in-kuhl-keyt, in-kuhl-keyt] Show IPA
verb (used with object), in·cul·cat·ed, in·cul·cat·ing.
1. to implant by repeated statement or admonition;
teach persistently and earnestly (usually followed by upon or in ): to inculcate virtue in the young.
2. to cause or influence (someone) to accept an idea or feeling (usually followed by with ):
Socrates inculcated his pupils with the love of truth.

The JW’s idea of inculcating Biblical doctrine into their youth seems to resemble tactics that were used by Adolph Hitler during the mid-1930’s on the youth in Germany. Ironically, the mid-1930’s is the same time that J. F. Rutherford, President of the Watchtower and Bible Tract Society, began writing letters to German officials and declaring that the “Watchtower Society is pro German.” Indoctrinating Youth is an online article that reveals the agenda of Nazi Youth programs that existed during the time of Adolph Hitler, we read:

“From the 1920s onwards, the Nazi Party targeted German youth as a special audience for its propaganda messages. These messages emphasized that the Party was a movement of youth: dynamic, resilient, forward-looking, and hopeful. Millions of German young people were won over to Nazism in the classroom and through extracurricular activities. In January 1933, the Hitler Youth had only 50,000 members, but by the end of the year this figure had increased to more than 2 million. By 1936 membership in the Hitler Youth increased to 5.4 million before it became mandatory in 1939. The German authorities then prohibited or dissolved competing youth organizations. … Education in the Third Reich served to indoctrinate students with the National Socialist world view. Nazi scholars and educators glorified Nordic and other “Aryan” races, while denigrating Jews and other so-called inferior peoples as parasitic “bastard races” incapable of creating culture or civilization. After 1933, the Nazi regime purged the public school system of teachers deemed to be Jews or to be “politically unreliable.” Most educators, however, remained in their posts and joined the National Socialist Teachers League. 97% of all public school teachers, some 300,000 persons, had joined the League by 1936. In fact, teachers joined the Nazi Party in greater numbers than any other profession. .. The Hitler Youth and the League of German Girls were the primary tools that the Nazis used to shape the beliefs, thinking and actions of German youth.”

Principal Greta Hawkins and Chancellor Dennis Walcott will continue to shape the belief of the youth that under their jurisdiction in the same manner that Nazi Germany shaped the beliefs of young people in Hitler’s day, and unfortunately, the parents and the children under Chancellor’s Walcott’s sway cannot do a thing about it. Here we see a clear cut example of how the same ethnic groups that were persecuted during the Holocaust are now working in that same direction.

  1. this thought system is bizzare, and should not be imposed on the school system.. the school would complain if other “faiths” were honored, so I do not see why this one is given such a level of expression.

    1. Warlock Asylum says:

      I don’t understand it either

  2. Jehovah’s Witnesses and the flag salute.
I was born into the Jehovah’s Witnesses in 1957.I was the good little JW boy who got beaten up in the school yard for not saluting the flag and remaining seated for the national anthem as demanded by my defiant Jehovah’s Witnesses leaders.
This was the better dead than red era of the 1960’s, and a kid not doing the act stood out big.
I suffered much, only to learn that the Watchtower corporation is just another made up man-made religion.
My JW leaders *forced* *compelled* me NOT to salute the flag,I wasn’t given any option. If I wavered I would be severely punished by my parents and struck down by God at Armageddon.
Kids suffer because of made-up rules by Jehovah’s Witnesses leaders, senile old holy men sequestered in their insulated ivory tower.
My point is:Jehovah’s Witnesses claim ‘neutrality’ that is false as they DO try to force their convictions on others.
