Warlock Asylum: Before we begin, I would like to thank you for taking the time to answer a few questions. Can you please share with our readers what makes Sibarth Villa Rentals a unique travel experience? Please give us a little background about the company?
Sibarth Rentals: Sibarth was founded in 1975 by Ashley’s parents. They started renting and selling villas in the back of their boutique La Calèche. People started to ask them where they can stay on St. Barth and they also started enquiring about buying land or an existing house. This is how Sibarth was born. For a long time Sibarth was the only agency on St. Barth. Four decades later Ashley Lacour, the son of the founders, and his wife Kristina took over the management of the company. The advantage Sibarth has over the numerous competitors today is the long-term relationships the company has created with various villa owners, island providers and people who work in the villas. St. Barth being a small island, a small thing can sometimes require a lot of effort. We have created a network of connections which allow us to respond to any request our clients may have. We know the villas and the island inside out and we can answer any of your questions!
Warlock Asylum: After visiting your website, I am must say that your villas are set in beautifully captivating environments around St. Barts. Besides travel and getaways, are there any other reasons for renting an upscale villa of this kind?
Sibarth Villa Rentals: You have noticed correctly; our villas are standing in beautiful environments! About 99% of our villas have gorgeous sea views and all of them are surrounded by lush tropical gardens. The advantage of staying in a villa over a hotel is that you have your privacy! It is perfect for sharing with friends and family! You get your own, private pool and a kitchen, together with plentiful living space. A lot of the villas have fitness and cinema rooms, some with their own private spas. Thanks to our concierge service, we can hire all sorts of services and entertainment for your stay. We have a long list to choose from! Our concierge is available 24/7.

Warlock Asylum: What are some of the security measures that rental guests can expect?
Sibarth Villa Rentals: St. Barth is one of the safest places in the world. There is nearly no crime at all. Every villa has a safe in bedrooms where clients can leave their valuables. Every villa has a key or digital code lock so clients can lock when they leave the villa. Most locals don’t lock their houses or cars at all! And no big fish by the seashore!

Warlock Asylum: What are some of the different type of villas that you offer?
Sibarth Villa Rentals: Our portfolio consists of about 250 villas. We have from 1 to 8 bedroom villas situated in various locations all over the island. The prices start at $2,000 per week (+ 10% administrative/service fee + 5% tourism tax for the local council) for a 1 bedroom villa during the summer season to $300,000 per week (+ 10% admin/service fee + 5% tourism tax) for a 6 bedroom villa during the holiday season. We have grouped all of our villas in various collections which makes it easier for clients to choose from and find their heart’s desire. The collections are:
