Although the crafty folk-rock band Twin Lakes formed a little over a year ago, the band’s sound rides upon the waves of destiny and success. Comprised of members Robert John Baune (guitar/lead vocals), Judah Smith (bass/background vocals), and Alexander Ortberg (percussion/background vocals), the Minnesota-based trio have released their debut single titled In The Valley.
In The Valley is a melodic charmer! The track brandishes a crafty acoustic guitar strum with varying fills of bass and percussion. The groove is warm and somewhat nostalgic. Robert Baune provides an excellent narrative of day-to-day life. In The Valley by Twin Lakes is enjoyable, memorable, and unveils what we can look forward to hearing from this awesome band.
