Marion Gordon “Pat” Robertson (March 22, 1930 – June 8, 2023)

Pat Robertson, the founder of the Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN) and host of The 700 Club, passed away on June 8th, 2023 at the age of 93. He was an influential figure in American politics and culture for more than five decades. His legacy is one that will be remembered for generations to come.

Pat Robertson’s influence extended beyond his television show and CBN network. He was a major political force in the United States, having run for president in 1988 and hosting a series of presidential debates during his time as chairperson of the Christian Coalition. He founded several charitable organizations such as Operation Blessing International, which has helped people around the world.

His legacy is also seen in his advocacy for religious freedom and free speech rights, as well as his commitment to education through CBN University. Pat Robertson’s life was one of dedication to service and faith; he will be remembered fondly by those whose lives he touched through his ministry.
