ILLVI MIST THE BAD ONES-cover

Swedish singer and songwriter Illvi Mist continues to redefine the boundaries of popular music with heartfelt, yet extremely deep poetic offerings of chorale. Earlier this year, I had the blessed opportunity of reviewing Magnifying Us by Illvi Mist, which would later be featured on the tenth episode of the popular Netflix show Wynonna Earp. Illvi Mist continues to reinvent herself through song as evidenced by her latest release The Bad Ones.

The Bad Ones takes a very elegant cinematic approach to unveiling Illvi Mist’s musical genius. Co-written by EKKO Music Rights songwriters Moonshine and Ellen Berg, the track features a musical landscape that incorporates elements of alternative pop and traditional folk music with a modern edge. Illvi Mist is a gifted vocalist that makes her audience feel as if they are sitting in the same room with the songstress. Illvi Mist continues to enchant music lovers with a distinct style of voice and lyrical content that speaks directly to the heart of the listener. The Bad Ones by Illvi Mist is worthy of global applause.
