Based out of Minneapolis, Minnesota, songwriter Sean Shiff is an emerging figure in the music world. Shiff’s disgust with the present political condition and President Donald Trump has led to the release of his debut single That’s Just Fine. It is with influences from blues, country, and folk that Shiff has excelled in seeing his dreams of becoming a songwriter fall into reality. Shiff has worked with several musicians to create the sound suitable for his message and lyricism.

That’s Just Fine is an invigorating song that is best categorized as country-folk music. The tune is wonderfully composed and makes crafty use of the harmonica along with other acoustic instrumentation. Although Shiff’s song has as its focus many of the hypocrisies of President Trump, it is not offensive, but more of a rhetorical plea for fairness and love in the human struggle.
