As the “Ambassador of Original Styles” and recipient of the 2019 Rap Producer of the Year Award, Fabp aka Fabpz the Freelancer is often sought after for his raw Brooklyn-styled production. Over the past year, Fabp has released a ton of music which he also freestyles over. Production aside, it must be remembered that Fabp is one of the few avid freestylers that stays true to this hard-edged verbal form of the art. We get to see some of Fabp aka Fabpz the Freelancer freestyle ability in a recent video of a live performance of Till I Flow Dumb at the Sidewalk Café.
First, I must say that it is good to see the man behind the music. Fabp’s live performance of Till I Flow Dumb is quite entertaining. Fabp’s poise and vocal dynamic are as good live as they are in the studio. One thing that came to mind after watching Fabp’s performance is his integrity for the genre itself. Fabp is able to hold his own. Of course we get to hear Fabp signature themes of rapping with the ladies in the mix of this freestyle. Till I Flow Dumb “live” proves that Fabp aka Fabpz the Freelancer has got the skills to keep audiences captivated with or without the music.
