On Tuesday, December 29, 2020, at 10:28 PM ET, what is known as the Cold Moon and the Longest Nights Moon will reach its culmination. This month’s Full Moon is in the zodiac sign of Cancer, its place of nativity. As the final Full Moon of 2020, we can expect to undergo both a community and personal emotional release. It is a time that the parental heavens give its earthly children a huge embrace of condolences and a nudge of encouragement needed to venture forth into 2021.

For many who are not spiritualists, simply a moment of contemplation is all that is needed at times to hear the voice of the universe. Remember that within each astrological transition is a scripture being written. We just have to have the ears to hear and the eyes to see the signs. The moon rules Cancer so this is a favorable time of year to understand the energies of the said zodiac sign and its effect on our emotions. Cancer is often associated with a motherly figure and can give us the comfort and strength we need to move forward.

Of course, December marks a period where we experience the longest nights within a twelve-month period and the right opportunity to get a clear view of our heavenly parents aka the stars. This is a great time to understand the value in expressing our emotions positively.
