They Don’t Play ‘em Like That by Richard Lynch

I became acquainted with the craftsmanship of music veteran Richard Lynch during a review of his epic Mending Fences album. Lynch has an impressive work ethic and a true love for country music, so much so, that many people have converted to the genre simple from the energy that exuberates from his music. This phenomenal singer and songwriter epitomize the true essence of what we are to expect from a country musician.  Lynch’s latest offering is a moving song titled They Don’t Play ‘em Like That.

They Don’t Play ‘em Like That is a captivating tune with an interesting storyline. Lynch has a way with words and this track truly exemplifies his love for lyric and prose. They Don’t Play ‘em Like That is a real to life tale of Lynch listening to music on the highway and takes note of some of the country music legends he hears on the radio and the era of great music that is deeply missed. It’s a wonderful song. Lynch provides an outstanding performance on the track vocally and with his guitar. They Don’t Play ‘em Like That by Richard Lynch is the reason we love country music!
