Shelter by Wood

Based out of Minneapolis, the talented rock group Wood continues to dazzle audiences with their homegrown sound and enthralling lyrics. The band has released a new single titled Shelter that is an instant favorite. For the most part, Wood is the brainchild of American Conservatory Theater Alumni and veteran actor Brian Goff. Wood would later blossom to include Ryan Guanzon (vocals), Brian Goff (vocals), Alex Tonjes (percussion), Austin Perkarna (bass), and Ethan Elseth (lead guitar).

Shelter is a spirited Americana rock tune from Wood’s self-titled debut album that holds its dexterity in the company of a charming melody. Wood reveals an edgy side and a guitar-heavy groove. Wood’s veteranhood is remarkable. The tracks popping bassline and invigorating harmonies really demonstrate much of the sleek genius of Wood. Shelter possesses a deep timelessness that will keep you enchanted.
